Yes, it's baby card day, so the challenge this week was to use glitter on a baby card, lol... not something I like to do, since the cards are going in and out of the envelopes multiple times during the baby's hospital stay, and also sits on a clipboard under lots of chart papers. Not an ideal environment for glitter. But then, a challenge is a challenge, lol!
I chose to use 1/8th inch tape, and just did stripes of pink glitter. Added some ribbons (hey MaryK, there is the sweet pink bears you sent me!!). Various ribbons made more 'stripes'.
The card base is pink shimmer cardstock, it's a beautiful pink color, I don't often reach for it- but it seemed ideal for a glitter card!
That's Mat Stack 2, cut with the die, then stamped in Memento Angel Pink. The sentiment is from Mega Mixed Messages. I sponged on Versamark and added glitter to the edges. Very pretty IRL!

Very nice cards Beth. I especially love that cute pink one with the glittery strips and Mat Stack #2. I agree that the beat is kind of tough-looking. Wouldn't want to run into him.
Very nice Beth! I'm glad you were able to use the pink bears--they work perfectly for this card.
I have to laugh at your "creepy" bear comment on card #2. He just looks a little rougher than a cute pink one would, thats all.
Congrats on being picked for Nicole's card tonight. Beautiful card.

This is just breathtaking, Beth! You certainly deserve the highlight for the night!
Fabulous card, Beth! Love all your stripes. You do wonderful work, both in creating the cards and in working with the hospital. Congratulations on the tweet! Happy for your recognition.
Found your blog from PTI board. Love this card!
Love all the glittery goodness on the sweet baby card. So, so soft and pretty!
Mr Bear doesn't look so bad…he just needs to lighten up a little…;o)
