Papertrey Anniversay Day 4

The challenge for day 4 is to make a 'bouquet' using different sets.

My challenge for day 4 is to make a card while sneezing, coughing, bowing my nose, etc etc etc.

Those are the Bloom Builders dies set in the Friendship jar.  The flower centers are from Simple Sunflowers and somewhere else.
