Flower stem from Life stamped on New Leaf paper with SU's Whisper White craft ink, rounded upper right corner. Card base is Stamper's Select, with Polka Dot Basics stamped in New Leaf. Single stem (from Life) stamped in New Leaf on Stampers Select, trimmed down (lol, do this before you add the flower!) and rounded upper cornera. Turns out the rounder is bigger than the corners- the flowers don't fit in the rounder, lol. I had to round off a scrap piece, trace the round arc on the back of the flower piece, then trimed with a scissor. Do not try this experiment at home!!
Next step the Flower Soft! I put dabs of glue on the flower 'buds' of the stem and added the Flower Soft, and made two flower stems from green floral wire as well. I used one of the vases from the Flower Soft line, glued it over the stamped image; when the glue was dry I added in the wires.
Stamped Happy Mothers Day from Women of Life on Berry Sorbet, and glued it behind the vase pieces. Layered the vase piece on the New Leaf and added a piece of Berry Sorbet twill knotted with a little cut of New Leaf Bitty Dots satin. Layered everything onto the base, and Voila!
Happy Mother's Day!
