Made the color, not the cut!

I submitted one card for Papertrey's April Guest Star Stamper, and thought I might finish this one up tonight and get it in by midnight. But, no, not gonna happen. I slept late this morning, and all day have just wanted to go back to bed! Now it is almost 9 pm, and I am still waiting for my day's energy to arrive. So instead of a GSS, I have a card without a sentiment to show you~

I used dark floral wires and both light green and Sweet Pea flower Soft for the flowers and stems. The vase is one from the Flower Soft line. It's glued to a Stampers Select white Marvy oval, then placed on Marvy punched scalloped ovals- Spring Moss and Berry sorbet, both with little white dots on the scallops. the piece was then layered on one of the Pink Patterns papers, then onto Berry Sorbet with a SU border punched out, then onto the Spring Moss card. Finished size is 5 1/4 x 5 1/4.

As you can see, there is a tiny pink ribbon bow glued onto the vase. If you were more clever than I, you would put a gray 'shadow' line with a marker along the left edge. I will do that, as well as add a sentiment, when I go to use the card! I think it would be a very nice Mother's Day, birthday, or Get Well card!
